When You Don’t Understand Why

For the one who just doesn’t understand why.

Sometimes,
most times in fact,
this side of Heaven
we won’t understand.

And,
in our need to know –
in our trying to understand why,
we will keep being
pulled UNDER
by our not knowing,
by our not understanding.

Instead,
STAND
on what you do know.

God is love.

God is faithful.

God is all-knowing, all-loving, always.

Allow the Truth
you do know
to carry you through
all you don’t.

Instead of
searching for answers,
search for God.

He is there.

And in the why,
He is what you need
to hold on to
most.
